Fergus Grimes BSc(pharm), Dip(psych),IACP,AC
Psychotherapist,Counsellor and Life Coach

Will help you deal with the stressful situation in which you find yourself. He has particular experience in relationship difficulties; separation; divorce; loss; anxiety; anger; suicide; depression; bereavement; complicated grief; addiction; family issues; life/work changes.
Fergus has written a successful, short book "For my a difficult time " which is helping promote wellness and reduce the stigma around mental sickness.
He is also a Business Executive and Life coach, using these skills to help you through the journey of life challenges including career change; promotion; retirement; health and personal change. This work will increase self esteem,confidence and awareness in a confidential, enlightening way.
Judith Dowling
Counsellor / Psychotherapist / Life Coach

Accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Judith is a graduate of NUI Maynooth with a diploma in Humanities in the subjects of Psychology, Sociology and Philosophy. She is also a graduate of PCI College Dublin and holds a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Judith also holds diplomas in Life Coaching and Couples Counselling and is certified in Addiction Studies, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Personaliy Disorders.

Judith's approach to therapy is non-judgemetal, holistic and caring. She draws on a number of therapies in assisting clients to cope with present issues and crises helping them develop stratagies and self-empowerment in dealing with possible future struggles. While Judith is experienced in working with a vast variety of issues, she specialises in anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationships, anger management and self discovery.

Ciara Murphy
Holistic Counsellor and Psychotherapist

I completed a BA with the International College for Personal and Professional Development in Athlone. Prior to that I volunteered with Bethany providing bereavement support. I use a Person-centred approach to empower and motivate the client. I believe everyone has the capacity to fulfill his/her own potential. I draw on many different theories of psychology in particular Gestalt which addresses what is happening in the here and now. I use many tools including mindfulness and breathing techniques, whatever suits the client best. I provide an empathic, non-judgemental, confidential, safe space for you to explore the obstacles that may be holding you back from living your best life. Are you feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed? Are you experiencing difficulties in your relationships with family and friends? Have you suffered a major loss or trauma? Whatever it is, I encourage you to take that first step and make an appointment. Let me support you on your journey forward in healing and personal growth. I, too, am on my journey and continuously improving my skills both personally and professionally. Paula Glynn
MICAP BA (Hons) Psychology, Dip Counselling & Psychotherapy, Dip Life Coaching, Post Grad Clinical Supervision.

Paula Glynn is a professionally qualified Clinical Supervisor,  Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Life Coach. Paula is a fully Accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adheres to their Code of Ethics which supports High Professional Standards.

Paula has worked with a number of Counselling Agencies and Employee Assistance programmes in addition to her private practice. She has also worked as a facilitator with The Rainbows Group for over 14 years.  Paula holds an Honors Degree in Psychology and has a post grad in Clinical Supervision.

Paula works with a Person Centered, Integrative Therapeutic methodology combining her acquired skills from a range of Theoretical Approaches including: Rogerian, Addiction Studies and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Paula works with individuals presenting with most issues but her areas of expertise include working with Depression, Anxiety, Anger management, Relationship Issues, Childhood issues, Parenting concerns and she has extensive experience working with people who have been Bereaved and those who have unresolved and complicated grief issues.  Paula also provides Clinical Supervision for other healthcare professionals.
Marie Boland
Counsellor & Psychotherapist BSc. (Hons)

Marie is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and is a fully accredited member of IACP. She also has a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and has been attending a Philosophy course over the past two years. She teaches meditation and other stress managements practices to individual clients.

Marie's work is varied and is based on a Person Centred, Humanistic and Integral Approach and she draws on various therapeutic models according to the clients individuals needs. She has worked with the Bethany Bereavement in Dowdstown and has gained excellent experience in this area. She also worked with Bodywhys for a number of years and has a good understanding of Eating Disorders.

Alan Dignam
Counsellor & Psychotherapist BSc. (Hons)

Alan is a professionally qualified counselor and psychotherapist. He is a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and
Psychotherapy (IACP) and working towards full accreditation. Alan has completed an Honors Degree in Integrated Counselling and Psychotherapy and
is currently a lecturing assistant at the Institute of Integrated Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Alan’s adopts a person centered therapeutic approach, yet using integrated and pluralistic forms of therapy, he can incorporate other therapeutic
approaches depending on what each client needs at that time. Alan works with most issues, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem, bereavement,
loss, relationship issues as well as a deep understanding of sexuality and gender issues.

Martina Fitzpatrick MIACP, BSc in Counselling&Psychotherapy, Diploma in Social Studies, CertificateinEnergy Healing Technique (Recognised technique with IACP Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapy)

Martina Fitzpatrick is a professionally qualified and experienced Counsellor andPsychotherapist. Fully Accredited member of the IACP and adheres to their Code of Ethics which supports High Professional Standards. Martina has worked within private and public practice in the field of psychotherapyforalmost 20 years. She works with individuals 18+ years presenting with a range of issues.
